The Backlot
Room to Create. Space to Grow.
At Story House Montana, we're building more than soundstages. We're creating a production campus where filmmakers have the space, flexibility, and freedom to bring their stories to life.
The first phase of our backlot development is already taking shape, with a Western-inspired outdoor environment, rustic fencing, horse facilities, and open land that offers a natural setting for filming.
And this is just the beginning.
With room to accommodate additional outdoor sets, temporary production builds, and a wide variety of filming needs, our campus offers productions the opportunity to create beyond the walls of a traditional soundstage.
Our long-term vision includes a significantly expanded backlot with multiple purpose-built environments, giving filmmakers even more creative possibilities in one location.
Whether you're looking for an existing outdoor setting or a place to build something entirely new, we'd love to explore what's possible together.
Your Story. Our Space.
From outdoor filming locations to custom-built sets, Story House Montana offers the space to think bigger. Tell us what you're creating, and let's explore how our campus can help bring it to life.
Support Spaces
